Job Description
- Proactively engage with customers to develop with them a keen focus on business outcomes, customer satisfaction, risk identification, and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to deliver a customer-centric solution.
- Use data to track customer health metrics and provide data-driven insights to help customers maximize the value of our services.
- Provide regular and actionable reporting to (Customer Relationship Management (CRM)) software (client management software) to CRM data entry.
- Ensure proper and clear reporting of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (client management software) to CRM data entry.
- Sales, make outbound calls and Service to Inbound Calls (including but not limited to CRM, Customer leads for CSAT), Risk Collection and Provide Risk and Provide information about our facilities.
- Liaise with Operation team to address issues and improvements to drive quality outcomes and quality processing.
- Share a Customer-centric mindset and attitude related to the quality processing and quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 Months experience of BPO & Call Centre industry.
- Candidate must have a minimum of A Levels or equivalent education.
- Candidate should be open to work on different shifts (morning/afternoon/evening/night).
- Basic knowledge of common office tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Word or similar office tool.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills and ability to communicate.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate.
Job Specifications
- B.A/B.com or equivalent / Manager.
- 1 to 2 years or above to apply for this position for the requirements (Freshers/Good Candidates will be considered providing excellent skills).
- The applicant should be based in or willing to relocate to Karachi.
