What’s The Tea On iScholarship?
iScholarship is the only ship you need in 2026 to fulfill your dreams.
If you're currently on a gap year to save up for your dream university or masters, have a frozen semester, or have flexible virtual classes that allow you to work full-time, you've landed at the right place.
This time, iScholarship returns to Empower Your Era.
What Makes You Eligible?
Excellent English communication skills (for the international retail voice campaign).
Currently on a break from studies or are taking flexible virtual classes that allow you to manage a full-time job.
New hires must complete a period that allows us to evaluate at least 4 months of their performance.
Winners will be announced on a first-come, first-served basis.
Must be an active employee until 31st December 2026.
University enrollment and fee proof must be available.
Performance criteria: Attendance 95%+, CSAT 90+, and AHT under 520 seconds (measured as a 4-month quarterly average).
The top 50 qualifying candidates will be finalized as winners. If more than 50 candidates qualify, the 50 with the lowest AHT will be selected.
The individual's score will be considered from August 2026 onwards.
Note: This program is currently available only to individuals based in Karachi and Lahore who are part of the International Retail and Sustainability Voice programs. Only applicable to universities in Pakistan.

Before You Apply:
- Applicable to the International Retail, Ecommerce, and Sustainability Giant Voice Campaigns only.
- Gap year or virtual students must provide proof of university enrollment and fee payment.
- Candidates must remain active until December 31, 2026.
- Eligibility criteria will be based on a 4-month average starting from September 2026.

Eligibility criteria (4-month average from September 2026):
- 95% Attendance
- 88% CSAT
- AHT below 520 seconds
- The top 50 qualifying candidates will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In case of a tie, the candidate with the lowest AHT will be selected.
- Only candidates hired in or after September 2026, up until November 1, 2026, will be eligible for the program.
- We’re giving away 50 scholarships, each with a cap of PKR 200,000.
